Sierra CRM recently contacted me about their mortgage focused Customer Relationship Management system. After a quick review, there’s a few things that I really like. One, it’s web based. This allows LO’s to set up an account and use it anywhere they have internet access. This is especially helpful in that you can use it at work without having to get your bosses permission to install the software. It also means they name stay with you, not your boss. I also like the Document Management center. This lets you store useful documents in the same online fashion as your client database. The part I like the most is that they are offering a FREE TRIAL. Free is my favorite word.

Thanks for the plug Todd. One of the best features of LenderCRM is the Process Manager module. This allows loan officers to build easy to complex business processes for such tasks as automating your communications to borrowers or partners. Or, a daily scrub of your data to determine whose ARM is coming due. There is no limit on the number of processes you can build to automate your daily tasks. As Todd mentioned, we offer a free trial of LenderCRM.
