I have been beta testing a new service from BNTouch. It’s a social networking platform similar to LinkedIn or Facebook. However, BNTouch is different in that it integrates a Client Relationship Management system. You can store your client information, share contacts, or keep them private, and send email strait from the system. It’s a very cool interface, but they are still working out some of the bugs, (that’s what beta testing is for). The base system is free. They also offer to upgrade you into their full CRM system designed specifically for the mortgage industry.
