Personally if you have caylx point the GFE is alot easier to read and understand it just breaks everything down. I would take that ove rwhat you have supplied, thanks anyway Diane.

Diane thanks for the info however I own caylx point and I think I would take that GFE before having to go with anything else. It jsut breaks everything down for the borrower. it really doesnt allow for any hidden fees, and it will disclose all or any junk fees that a broker might have.

Well, VA, you won’t have a choice. What I have supplied here is the mandatory GFE in the proposed RESPA rules. All software providers including caylx will confirm to the RESPA GFE.

The rules are out for comment now. Once passed, the plan is for a 12 month implementation period.

PS I forgot to carry the interest out to the column in this GFE on page two, but otherwise, this is the way the GFE would look. Well, actually, I’m sure yours would be much neater. LOL
