I heard on a Boston Condos website that many people are buying entire buildings, that were once industrial — and turning them into ultra modern loft condos.
Todd as always, very interesting read.
In Trump’s case, anyway, it shows that successful people have a high tolerance for risk; failure is probably to be expected in a certain percentage of ventures….and even being an “expert” is not an innoculation against a deal going sideways.
