Hee hee you can’t join. They make you upload a pic to make sure you’re a girl and you’d never pass
I just joined; am always on the lookout for more info sources. Thanks for the tip. I’ll pass on any good stuff.
Surely you have a photo of a female you can use? Ask your Mum or your sister. Is there a really a need for a mortgage advice site which excludes half the earth? Is there a different law for women and mortgages in the US? I might go and join for you.
Okay,
I gave them my work phone number as my contact (almost never do that but my cell was dead) and I already got a recorded phone solicitation trying to get me to buy a house.
Real girlfriends don’t do that
As the girls say, OMG!!! I’m getting shelled with junk email, all of a mortgage-or-real-estate-related nature. And I’ve been on so many mortgage / finance sites and managed to remain fairly unscathed until now. STAY AWAY from these girlfriends! They’re GOLD-DIGGERS!!!
Okay, I opted out of girlfriends for now. They swear they aren’t responsible for the solicitations; I believe that someone who has access to the data is but in any event they took me off as soon as I asked. I appreciate that. I wouldn’t tell everyone to stay away, just don’t offer up a real phone number (especially not your office phone) and not your “good” email address (the one that pops up with a notification every time some spam-jockey reams you). Lessons learned
Oh Dear. I am so glad I did not join. Its such a pain to get caught up like that. I am always wary of joining anything on the basis of my sex, and not interested in joining any group which would exclude me on that basis either. I want the same Mortgage advice as the next man thanks.
