Ever so slowly, I’m breaking up mariah.com. My Denver Modern Blog now sits in DenMod.com. REMBEX will soon sit on rembex.com, and today, lenderama sits on lenderama.com. If you bookmarked blog.mariah.com, it will still work. But not for long. Please update it asap. RSS subscibers should be fine.

Todd, thanks for the update, it is great to see that all your blogs are doing so well. cna you tell me it there was one thing about your blogs that you seem to have found that really brought the trafic that you were looking for what was it?
That’s good. DenMod.com really deserved it’s own home. It’s a great site. I hope to be borrowing some of its concepts for my own Denver, Colorado real estate site.
Thanks for the insiration.

consider it done.
to the above comment, if you want traffic it really depends on the type of traffic you are targetting.
if you want long term readers, then social bookmark. if you want search traffic then you need related backlinks. if you want leads, then you purchase ad space.
Taxlien, thanks so much for your comment, What do you mean by Social bookmark, I am currently do the backlinks and also what do you mean by purchase ad space are you saying to jsut do the pay per click?
Well, that’s new. I suppose its good this way, with the name of the blog matching the domain name.
Thanks for the new updates. It is really good that the site name be the same with the domain name.
Thats interesting. I have actually been typing in lenderama for the last year or so. I was always confused by the mariah thing. Also lenderama is such a good domain name. Its easy to remember.
Todd,
I am glad to see you matching domain names with the blogs. I think it is more professional that way. Around the turn of the year, I did the same thing with both my blogs and I think it even helped with SEO.
Also, I like the new look of Lenderama, again being more professional. Keep up the good work.
I recently came across your blog and have been reading along. I thought I would leave my first comment. I don’t know what to say except that I have enjoyed reading. Nice blog. I will keep visiting this blog very often.
