Alright guys, this is the deal. To steal a Gary Vaynerchuk’ism, who’s bringing the thunder in the online mortgage video / vlogging vertical? Who is putting out videos that teach you new things and inspire you?
We are entering a new era in online content. Video is proving to be a growing segment that will (or has?) overtake podcasts and static blog posts. I’m not saying it will replace them, but it certainly is filling a growing niche. Video just works. Viewers are able to connect with and understand the personalities behind video in a way that is not possible with blogging or podcasts. There is tremendous value in putting a face to a name and personality.
Actually, let’s not limit this to video, who is bringing it with their blog, videocasts, podcasts or the like with TREMENDOUSLY USEFUL CONTENT. I noticed that Genuine Chris just put out his first in a series of online videos, he is one of the few mortgage guys I have seen do video, although I’m sure that some other Lenderama writers have as well.

Whuuuut? No links? Come on Dave, give us some links so we can check you out! Also, now I understand there are reasons for building out content on Active Rain, but I would like to hear yours arguments for using active rain as opposed to your blog…. Also….. your blog is set to have one article per page, what’s up with that? Don’t make your readers work so hard to get to your content. You want them “mad” because they are psyched to read your blog, not “mad” because they can’t find your content!!!
