		<description>The tax credit has certainly helped the real estate market (at least I know it has here in Phoenix).  What&#039;s more is there are programs out there that allow the credit to be fast-forwarded, allowing people to actually apply the credit towards the very property they are purchasing.  There will likely not be a deal like this for many years to come, so take advantage soon!  As was rightly pointed out, consider the timeline to getting this all done by the time it expires.</description>
