Lenderama was born out of a passion to help loan originators and other industry professional improve their service to customers.

It was this vision that inspired Todd Carpenter (a veteran loan originator and wholesale lending account executive) to launch Lenderama.com in January 2005–making it the FIRST blog to cover the mortgage industry.

Lenderama has grown to a national mortgage news and information resource by assembling some of the top experts in the mortgage industry as contributing authors.

The editorial objective of Lenderama continues to be the promotion of marketing, sales, technology, services, and news that help mortgage professionals be more successful.

We also like to have a bit of fun and entertain on occasion.
